1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of HelvetiaPressOnline services and products. By accessing or using any aspect of HelvetiaPressOnline, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

HelvetiaPressOnline provides online news and media distribution services including press release publishing, live event coverage, and content syndication. All service appointments are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. You may reschedule a service up to 48 hours before the scheduled date at no extra charge. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance qualify for a full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service are not eligible for refunds due to preparatory work and resource commitment.

3. Information Products

Digital publications such as reports, e-books, and subscription newsletters are delivered electronically. Access to an information product is granted upon completion of payment. Orders may be canceled within 14 calendar days of purchase provided no download or access has occurred. If no access has taken place, you may request a refund of the purchase price. Once access is granted or content is downloaded, all sales are final.

4. Goods

Physical merchandise purchased through HelvetiaPressOnline will be shipped to the address you provide. You may send back merchandise within 30 calendar days of delivery to obtain a refund of the purchase price, less any shipping fees. Items sent back must arrive in original condition and packaging. Shipping fees for sending merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer unless the merchandise is defective or damaged upon delivery.

5. Refund Policy

HelvetiaPressOnline processes refunds to the original method of payment within 14 business days of approval. If you prefer, you may request a credit toward a future service or product instead of a refund.
